САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Под либерализацијом тржишта услуга железничког превоза подразумева се отварање овог тржишта конкуренцији тако што се предузеће које обавља послове управљања железничком инфраструктуром обавезује да, под законом прописаним условима, омогући приступ националној железничкој инфраструктури сваком заинтересованом железничком превозиоцу било домаћем било предузећу из друге државе чланице Европске уније. Процес либерализације у нормативном смислу започео је 1991. године и тржишном такмичењу је прво био отворен међународни контејнерски превоз, па је 2001. то прописано за комплетан међународни превоз робе, 2004. за национални теретни саобраћај, 2007. за међународни превоз путника и 2016. за национални путнички превоз.
