САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
U skladu sa opštim globanim generalnim trendom digitalizacije I promene potreba I preferencija kupaca, klijenata ili korisnika, osiguravajuća društva sve više primenjuju digitalnu tehnologiju u svakodnevnom poslovanju. Ova novo ruho digitalne transformacije trebalo bi da unapredi efikasnost poslovanja osiguravajućih kompanija I omogući im dalje prednosti. Iz tog razloga, kao glavni cilj ovog rada nametnula se potreba za analizom statusa trenutno dostignute digitalne zrelosti domaćih osiguravajućih društava koja se bave poslovima neživotnog osiguranja ali I da prouči njihovu efikasnost.
Dizajn/metodologija/pristup- Empirijska analiza se zasniva na podacima prikupljenim putem on line anketa na uzorku osiguravajućih društava koji obavljaju poslove neživotnih osiguranja ali I na osnovu finansijskih izveštaja tih društava. Podaci su analizirani korišćenjem Digitalnog modela zrelosti I korelacione analize.
Nalazi – Anketirana osiguravajuća društva koja obavljaju poslove neživotnih osiguranja postigla su drugi nivo četvorostepene digitalne skale zrelosti, u proseku. Iako digitalna transformacija osiguravajućih društava jeste obećavajući pokretač efikasnosti, sadašnji nivo digitalne zrelosti neživotnih osiguravajućih društava nije pozitivno povezana s njihovom efikasnosti.
Implikacije/ograničenja/istraživanja – Istraživanje ima implikacije na osiguravajuća društva u pogledu njihovog puta digitalne transformacije, kao i za uspostavljanje regulatora adekvatan regulatorni okvir za podsticanje digitalnog razvoja osiguravajućih društava. Objektivne granice istraživanja odnose se na sredstva merenja digitalne zrelosti i veličinu uzorka. Istraživanje je ograničeno na domaće tržište osiguranja.
Originalnost/vrednost/doprinos – Analiza efikasnosti osiguravajućih društava iz perspektive informacionih tehnologija je retkost u akademskoj literaturi, a ovo pitanje nije do sada istraživano na uzorku domaćih osiguravača. Istraživanje doprinosi do unapređenja znanja o odnosu digitalne zrelosti i osiguranja kao I efikasnosti kompanija u ovoj sferi.
