SAŽETAK:
U radu opisujemo posebnu uslugu koja se sve više primenjuje u praksi. Usluga profesionalne selekcije kadrova predstavlja uslugu novijeg datuma, koja se pojavila kako bi zadovoljila potrebe tržišta za kvalitetnim odabirom kadrova za tražene poslovne pozicije. Potreba manjih firmi za outsourcing-om u cilju smanjenja troškova poslovanja samo je dodatno podržala razvoj ove usluge, a rastuća konkurencija je doprinela povećanju stepena profesionalnosti u pružanju iste. U novije vreme dolazi i do uže specijalizacije u pružanju ove usluge u vidu specijalizacije za selekciju u oblasti IT-a, nastavnog osoblja, menadžerskih poslova, i drugih poslova.
