ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:
Research motivated by the fact that at the time of construction of the treated building in the field of thermal engineering in construction, JUS U.J5.600 was valid. Then we had a prescribed range of possible design values for the heat transfer coefficient of the characteristic exterior wall. For comparison, the results of computer simulations of the heat transfer of the building as a whole, with the experimentally determined U-value for the vertical wall, are given today. Other elements of the structural system were assigned U-values from the current regulation (SRPS U.J5.600:1998). In-situ measurements were carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the ISO 9869 standard in three time periods. Thus, the U-values of the walls were registered: 1.569±0.246 W/m²K, 1.525±0.185 W/m²K, and 1.460±0.215 W/m²K. Computer simulations of 3D models using Energy3D for the year 2025 determined a total of 43665 kWh of required energy per year. Finally, the measure of emergency rehabilitation with a layer of thermal insulation placed on the outside of the envelope is recommended.
