САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Poremećaji srčanog ritma nastaju usled poremećaja u stvaranju ili sprovođenju impulsa koji dovode do kontrakcije srca i pumpanja krvi u telo. Od simptoma mogu se javiti osećaj preskakanja srca, ubrzan/usporen rad srca, treperenje u grudima, bol u grudima, zadihanost, nesvestice, vrtoglavice, slabost i gubitak svesti. Tokom vožnje može doći do pada koncentracije, smanjene pažnje, vrtoglavice koja smanjuje koordinaciju tela i gubitka svesti. Usled pojave navedenih simptoma može doći do saobraćajne nezgode i ugrožavanja bezbednosti saobraćaja. Cilj ovog rada je da se prikažu potencijalni rizici pri upravljanju motornim vozilom kod osoba koje imaju poremećaj srčanog ritma i mere kojima može da se unapredi bezbednost saobraćaja ove kategorije učesnika u saobraćaju.
