UNAPREĐENJE MOBILNOSTI OSOBA SA INVALIDITETOM – SVETSKA ISKUSTVA

SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

Osobe sa invaliditetom se u svakodnevnom životu susreću sa mnogobrojnim problemima. Jedan od najznačajnijih problema je pristupačnost saobraćaju. Problem pristupačnosti saobraćaju se prvenstveno ogleda kroz smanjenu mobilnost u odnosu na ostatak populacije. Cilj ovog rada je da prepozna najznačajnije probleme koji smanjuju mobilnost osoba sa invaliditetom i da predloži odgovarajuće mere. U cilju bolje sistematizacije, mobilnost osoba sa invaliditetom je podeljena na nemotorizovana i motorizovana kretanja. Kod nemotorizovanih kretanja poseban akcenat je stavljen na probleme vezane za pristupačnost saobraćajne infrastrukture. U okviru motorizovanih kretanja mere su podeljene na one koje se odnose na kretanje putničkim automobilima i vozilima javnog prevoza. Problemi vezani za kretanje putničkim automobilima analizirani su i za svojstvo vozača i za svojstvo putnika. Pored toga, kao posebna kategorija vozila koja će u budućnosti omogućiti značajno unapređenje mobilnosti osoba sa invaliditetom prepoznata su autonomna vozila. Mere koje su prikazane u ovom radu predstavljaju osnovu za podizanje svesti donosilaca odluka na nivou lokalnih samourava za unapređenje mobilnosti osoba sa invaliditetom.
