Preduzetničke i komunikacione kompetencije: isprepletanost dva konstrukta

SAŽETAK:

U sistemu kompetencija prema obrazovnoj politici EU preduzetničke i komunikacione kompetencije imaju svoja posebna mesta u razvoju savremenog funkcionalnog građanina i postoji veliko preklapanje među njima. U radu se pristupa preduzetničkim kompetencijama kao transferzalnim kompetencijama koje se primenjuju u svim sferama života – sistemu kompetencija koje se prenose u različita područja delovanja. Komunikaciona kompetentnost je očekivani ishod svih nivoa obrazovanja, i u radu su izdvojene ključne komunikacione kompetencije, koje su, istovremeno, relevantne i za preduzetničko ponašanje. Pored otvorenosti, fleksibilnosti i još nekih osobina i kompetencija zajedničkih za oba kompetencijska sistema, u radu je naglašen zajednički aspekt komunikacione kompetentnosti i preduzetničke kompetentnosti – situaciona svesnost koja predstavlja prvi korak u unapređivanju komunikacije, a preduzetnička svesnost u preduzetništvu usmerava adekvatno donošenje odluka. Ova povezanost komunikacione i preduzetničke kompetentnosti usmerava nastavnike da primenjuju nastavne procedure za razvoj komunikacione kom- petentnosti koje istovremeno doprinose i razvoju preduzetničke kompetentnosti.
