САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Ovaj rad istražuje stavove prema osobama sa posebnim potrebama u različitim demografskim kategorijama, uz poseban akcenat na rezultate istraživanja Emine Begić (2022) sprovedenog na prostorima bivše Jugoslavije. Studija se bavi ispitivanjem uticaja faktora poput starosti, pola, obrazovanja, ličnog kontakta i kulturalne pozadine na percepciju ovih osoba. Rezultati ukazuju na to da iako mlađi pojedinci, kao i osobe sa višim nivoom obrazovanja generalno pokazuju pozitivnije stavove, postoje značajne regionalne i kulturološke razlike. Lični kontakt, odnosno predhodno iskustvo sa osobama sa posebnim potrebama identifikovano je kao ključni faktor u održavanju pozitivnih stavova. Kroz rad, posebno se naglašava važnost inkluzivnog obrazovanja, kampanja za podizanje svesti javnosti i značajnih interakcija u cilju poboljšanja društvenih stavova. Date su preporuke za politiku, obrazovanje i programe zajednice kako bi se promovisalo inkluzivnije društvo.
