САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Kriza je događaj ili niz događaja koji predstavljaju značajnu pretnju pojedincu, grupi, organizaciji ili društvu u celini. Često uključuje osećaj hitnosti, koji zahteva hitnu pažnju i reagovanje kako bi se sprečile ili umanjile negativne posledice. Postoji mnogo različitih pristupa upravljanju krizama opisanim u literaturi, ali oni koji se smatraju najrelevantnijim i najčešće primenjenim u praksi jesu model promene Kurta Levina, Everett M. Rogers: Diffusion of Innovations, John Kotter-ova Teorija promene, Teorija društvenog identiteta, ADKAR model i Teorija kompleksnih adaptivnih sistema. Ključni koraci koje treba preduzeti kada se organizacija nađe u visokorizičnoj, nestabilnoj situaciji uključuju brzu identifikaciju krize, formiranje kriznog tima, komunikaciju, prilagodljivost i agilnost, i na kraju, ali ne i najmanje važno – učenje iz iskustva. U radu će biti prikazane studije slučaja iz prakse koje su doprinele unapređenju teorija kriznog upravljanja.
