САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Rad analizira potencijale i rizike koje primena veštačke inteligencije donosi u oblasti života i poslovanja savremenog sveta. Višeslojna krizna situacija nameće akterima na globalnom, regionalnom i kompanijskom nivou neophodnost da korist e-alate veštačke inteligencije kako bi obezbedili dalju ekonomsku dinamku i održivi rast. Pitanje konkurentnog pozicioniranja za savremene kompanije postaje usko vezano za njene potencijale primene AI alata i tehnologija. One donose viši nivo produktivnosti, mogućnost boljeg poslovnog odlučivanja i unapređenje odnosa sa kupcima, a kojima sada mogu da ponude kvalitetne, personalizovane proizvode. Poseban akcenat se stavlja na potrebu primene AI koja će značiti izbegavnje njenih potencijalno negativnih posledica i obezbeđivanje ravnoteže između iskorišćavanja pozitivnih potencijala veštačke inteligencije i očuvanja etičkih i ekonomskih interesa i potreba za celo čovečanstvo.
