САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Uvođenje digitalnih tehnologija u zdravstveni sistem donosi značajne promjene u svakodnevnoj praksi medicinskih sestara i oblikuje novu dinamiku odnosa sestra–pacijent. Ovaj rad istražuje kako digitalizacija utiče na izražavanje i percepciju empatije u kontekstu zdravstvene njege, s ciljem izgradnje teorijskog okvira koji može pomoći u razumijevanju i očuvanju ovog ključnog aspekta sestrinske profesije.
Korištenjem analize literature iz oblasti zdravstvene njege, komunikacijskih studija i digitalne etike, rad identifikuje ključne izazove i prilike koje donose digitalne tehnologije – uključujući elektronsku zdravstvenu dokumentaciju, telemedicinu i automatizaciju procesa njege. Poseban fokus stavlja se na to kako tehnologija može posredovati, podržati ili ograničiti empatijsku komunikaciju, te kako se u novim okolnostima redefinišu profesionalne vrijednosti, prisutnost i emocionalna dostupnost sestre.
Rad predlaže integrativni teorijski model koji povezuje konceptualizaciju empatije sa savremenim digitalnim alatima, ističući važnost edukacije i digitalne pismenosti u očuvanju humane dimenzije zdravstvene njege.
