САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Specifični uslovi u kojima se odvijao život medicinskih sestara koje su bile angažovane u radu sa pacijentima inficiranim virusom SARS-CoV-2, negativno su uticali na usklađivanje porodičnog i profesionalnog života. Osim toga, posledice kumulativnog stresa uticale su na kvalitet profesionalnog života medicinskih sestara.
