ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
Zasipanje hidroakumulacija u stručnoj raksi i literaturi smatra se potencijalno velikim problemom i pretnjom po održivo upravljanje hidroakumulacijama i očuvanje njihove korisne zapremine. Ako se ima u vidu značaj korisne zapremine hidroakumulacija za osiguranje vodosnabdevanja stanovništva, osiguranje proizvodnje električne energije, očuvanje funkcionalnosti plovnih puteva, smanjenje rizika od poplava i druge namene uključujući i ciljeve održivog razvoja neposredno sledi da njihovo upravljanje odražava stepen odgovornosti društva prema budućnosti. Imajući u vidu da je najveći deo potencijala za izgradnju akumulacija za hidroelektrane uglavnom iskorišćen i da je zapunjavanje akumulacija prirodan proces onda se posebna pažnja mora posvetiti njihovom održivom upravljanju. Motivacija za ovaj rad nastala je kao posledica uverenja autora da se ovoj problematici ne pridaje dovoljan značaj u stručnoj literaturi u Republici Srbiji obzirom na probleme koji mogu nastati u budućnosti. Rad se pretežno zasniva na istraživanju literature dostupne na internetu i u radovima sa stručnih skupova. Takođe se predlaže i ekonomski model za obezbeđivanje sredstava neophodnih za održivo upravljanje hidroakumulacijama. Ključne reči: hidroakumulacija, održivo upravljanje, ekonomski model
