САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

The pulp washing line is one of the key areas of innovation, improvement and investment, which ensures the technical efficiency of the entire technological process of pulp production (washing efficiency, reduction of alkali loss, increases the quality of produced and washed pulp, etc.), improves environmental protection, improves the degree of regeneration chemicals, greater utilization of heat, and ultimately affects the productivity, cost prices and profitability of the pulp mill. In order to achieve these goals in pulp production at Natron-Hayat, installed a DPA press last year as the final stage of washing unbleached softwood pulp. Significant results were achieved in reducing the loss of alkali and reducing the consumption of hot water, steam, and anti-foaming agents. In addition to these savings, the number of downtimes has been reduced due to washing the equiment on the paper machine
