POBOLJŠANJE KARAKTERISTIKA IZOLACIONOG SISTEMA STATORA VISOKONAPONSKIH ASINHRONIH MAŠINA

САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Cilj rada je da se pokažu mogući načini poboljšanja karakteristika izolacionog sistema statora koji će obezbediti jednostavan, pouzdan i znatan produžetak radnog veka visokonaponske asinhrone mašine. Da bi se postigli ti ciljevi koncentrisalo se na ostvarenje dugoročnije i stabilnije izolacije statorskog paketa asinhrone mašine bez promene gabarita same mašine. Dugovečnija i stabilnija izolacija statorskog izolacionog sistema je postignuta pojačanjem slabih mesta na njenim prefabrikovanim namotajima. Sa tako pojačanim slabim mestima na osnovama prefabrikovanih modela oni su izrađivani klasičnim postupkom uz primenu standardizovanih alata. Za praćenje efekata poboljšanja izolacionih karakteristika izolacionog sistema statora, izrađen je algoritam zasnovan na zakonu verovatnoće porasta i određivanja krivih veka trajanja. Krive veka trajanja određivane su metodom rastućeg napona uz svođenje dobijenih rezultata na odgovarajuće rezultate koji bi se dobili metodom konstantnog napona. Primenjeni algoritam, formiran za potrebu ovoga rada je verifikovan sa velikom, 95%, statističkom pouzdanošću. Kombinovana merna nesigurnost mernog postupka je bila oko 5%.
