ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:
Zakon o veštačkoj inteligenciji EU objavljen je u Službenom listu Evropske unije 1. avgusta. On obezbeđuje horizontalni regulatorni okvir za sisteme veštačke inteligencije koji su namenjeni da se koriste u različite svrhe i stvoriće dubok uticaj na poslovanje osiguranja unutar i van Evropske unije. U narednim godinama, primena Zakona o veštačkoj inteligenciji biće centralna i vlasti će imati ključnu ulogu u određiva- nju njegove efikasnosti. U Zakonu o veštačkoj inteligenciji, nacionalne vlasti nisu samo zadužene da odlučuju o pristupu tržištu visokorizičnih sistema veštačke inteligencije, već takođe preuzimaju značajne dužnosti u postmarketinškom nadzoru. Ovaj rad se koncentriše na zadatke nacionalnih nadozornih organa osiguranja prema Zakonu o veštačkoj inteligenciji. Diskusija pomaže da se razjasne njihova dodatna ovlašćenja i dužnosti regulisanja tehnologija veštačke inteligencije i da se identifikuju potencijalna preklapanja i praznine između Zakona o veštačkoj inteligenciji i propisa o osiguranju.
