ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:

Ovaj rad daje pregled evolucije okvira Direktive o solventnosti II od njegovog stupanja na snagu u državama članicama EU od 1. januara 2016. godine, uključujući pregled glavnih promena koje su bile predmet izmena 2018. i 2020. godine. Štaviše, rad daje pregled glavnih promena koje su uključene u Direktivu o izmenama i dopunama Direktive o solventnosti II. Pored toga, rad daje pregled razvoja i izmena regulatornih tehničkih standarda, implementacionih tehničkih standarda i smernica Evropske agencije za nadzor osiguranja i penzijskih fondova, kao i ovlašćenja propisanih pomenutom Direktivom za dalji razvoj pravnog okvira u određenim oblastima.
