САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

У овом раду анализи ће бити подвргнут историјски покушај финансијских управљача у Сједињеним Америчким Државама, да крајем XX века, изврше реафирмацију модела буџетирања на основу учинака на федералном нивоу. Усвајање Закона о учинцима и резултатима владе, представљало је први и одлучујући корак у правцу најављених буџетских реформи. У раду ће посебна пажња бити посвећена управо питању евалуације успеха ове регулативе на плану истинске промоције буџетирања на основу учинака на федералном нивоу. На крају рада аутор указује на диверзитет модела рационалистичког буџетирања које су своју примену нашли на субнационалном нивоу у САД-у.
