SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:
This study explores the implementation and application of quality standards in the freelance economy, emphasizing the integration of human-centric principles and advanced technologies. Quality 5.0, as a framework, addresses the challenges of decentralization, diversity, and autonomy inherent in freelancing by combining adaptability with structured quality assurance mechanisms. Key elements include framework development, implementation mechanisms, and evaluation processes, each supported by tools such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics. Theoretical and practical approaches highlight the importance of trust, transparent communication, and collaboration among governments, enterprises, and freelancers. Emphasis on feedback loops, benchmarking, and iterative updates ensures the continuous improvement of quality standards in dynamic freelance environments. The study underscores the role of self-regulation, ethical practices, and trust-building as important factors in maintaining consistency and professionalism. A proposed theoretical model illustrates the interconnectedness of these components, providing a structured yet flexible approach to quality assurance.
