САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Regular, safe and high-quality electricity supply, as well as customer and consumer satisfaction with such service, is a priority in the distribution of electricity, which is not always possible for all customers and consumers. The dissatisfaction of individual customers and consumers is completely justified if they have problems with the use of electricity, regardless of their circumstances, caused by interruptions in the supply or poor voltage conditions at the point of their connection. Interruptions in the supply of electricity are caused by faults or overloads in a poor-quality low-voltage network, with the duration of their elimination depending on the speed of action of the operating personnel.
Poor voltage conditions when using electricity are mainly experienced by customers and consumers at the ends of longer branches of low-voltage networks, and their dissatisfaction is justified. In the process of regular maintenance, it is possible in some cases to at least temporarily help and alleviate, sometimes even completely remove the existing bad condition, by applying procedures in the low-voltage distribution network, first of all its reconstruction, but such as changing the cross-section of conductors, by building two instead of one low-voltage output from the transformer station, and even to the specific case of connecting two neighboring low-voltage networks into a double-sided power supply system at their ends.
