САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Procedure for Critical Grid Situation (CGS) in SEE region (hereinafter referred to as ‘Procedure’) was created and approved by TSOs from SEE region in 2017. Selene CC was established in 2020 as a new RCC in SEE region, and implemented procedure for CGS for their service users in 2022. In that way SEE region had two procedures for CGS which partially overlapped in their content. Selene CC and SCC endorsed the idea that SEE region should have common procedure for CGS. In December 2024 SEE TSOs that approved Procedure from 2017 provided endorsement to revise the existing Procedure and to include Selene CC in it. Besides the need to include Selene CC in the Procedure, another input elements affecting the Procedure have changed what requests update of the initial version of the Procedure. In this Paper the main aspects of the renewed Procedure from year 2017 will be described: roles and responsibilities, triggers for Procedure’s activation, coordination process during CGS, reporting.
