SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:
For tests of cable accessories for LV SKS, there are special standards that define the treatment of accessory samples before the test itself in order to model all climatic conditions during many years of exploitation. They are parts of the international standard EN 50483 adopted in Serbia in 2010. as SRPS EN 50483: 2010. In the introductory part, the complete standard will be presented, which has six parts. The first part deals with the general test conditions (required number of samples, etc.).
The second, third, and fourth parts define the procedures for all types of testing of certain types of accessories. The fifth part deals with the modeling of electrical aging (a certain number of load cycles with maximum permissible currents and overload currents defined by the standard). The sixth part defines the procedures by which we model the impact of climate change during exploitation (testing procedures for corrosion and climatic effects). Further, all this will be illustrated with different examples of routine tests (mechanical, electrical and dielectric) of certain important parts of the accessories (connectors for connecting or mounting on poles) which can be done in the conditions of a factory laboratory (without special chambers for treatment in different climatic conditions). We will deal in more detail with the preparation of the samples itself, i.e. achieving the state of the accessories as after many years of exploitation. This gives us a more realistic picture of the behavior of the accessories in different climatic conditions with different operations (electrical and mechanical) during many years of exploitation.
