САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
For many years, there has been a need in practice to clean insulators of HV equipment in real operating conditions. This is a consequence of a change in the approach to the maintenance of HV plants, in which there are no longer planned shutdowns and the creation of a power-off state. This paper discusses the application of a specific product, a liquid intended for cleaning insulators under pressure, while HV equipment is energized. In the introduction, we will review the available documentation on this liquid. Then, previous experiences in the country and the world on the application of this liquid for washing both insulators and switchgear cabinets will be presented. At the end of the paper, a conclusion will be drawn on the possibilities of this method of maintaining the insulation of electrical equipment in our country. The aim of the paper is to present new technologies in this area available in other countries.
