Upravljanje promenama i osiguranje kvaliteta u srednjim stručnim školama u Srbiji: stavovi direktora

SAŽETAK:

Srednje stručne škole u Srbiji su izložene pritiscima da uvode promene u svoj rad. Njihovi direktori na raspolaganju imaju mehanizme osiguranja kvaliteta koji mogu da olakšaju uvođenje promena, ali istovremeno moraju voditi računa i o „ljudskoj”, „mekoj” strani promena. U ovom radu smo želeli da ispitamo aspekte uvođenja promena u srednje stručne škole iz vizure njihovih direktora. Istraživanje je bilo kombino- vano; u kvantitativnoj komponenti je upitnikom ispitan 61 direktor, dok je u kvalitativnoj komponenti učestvovalo 16 direktora u dve fokus grupe. Nalazi rada ukazuju na to da su direktori u znatnoj meri zadovoljni raznim aspektima uvođenja promena u svojim školama, ali i da postoji određen manjak motivacije za promene kod zaposlenih, da je implementacija aktivnosti najranjivija faza uvođenja promena, da najviše nedostaju mehanizmi odgovornosti zaposlenih i da unekoliko izostaje fokus na najbitnijim promenama – u samom podučavanju i učenju.
