Osigurani rizici u biljnoj proizvodnji u Srbiji i klimatske promene

SAŽETAK: 

Osiguranje poljoprivrede je nerazvijeno u Republici Srbiji, a poljoprivredu poslednjih godina ugrožavaju sve izraženije klimatske promene. Svoju proizvodnju osigurava samo oko 5% od ukupnog broja poljoprivrednih gazdinstava, iako se iz agrarnog budžeta u kontinuitetu od 2006. godine isplaćuju subvencije u cilju razvoja osiguranja poljoprivrede. Učešće ukupne premije osiguranja poljoprivrede u ukupnim premijama neživotnih osiguranja iznosilo je samo 4,4% u 2024. godini. Cilj istraživanja je analiza osiguranih rizika u osiguranju biljne proizvodnje na tržištu osiguranja poljoprivrede u Republici Srbiji i njihova usklađenost sa aktuelnim klimatskim promenama. U radu se koristi empirijski, deskriptivni, desk research i metode analize i sinteze. Autorka zaključuje da su u uslovima klimatskih promena pojedini rizici izgubili karakter neizvesnog događaja, kao što je to slučaj kod prolećnog mraza, te se ne može očekivati da osiguranje obezbedi ekonomsku zaštitu poljoprivredne proizvodnje, već je potrebno da se sagledaju i druga moguća rešenja ovog problema.
