САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
– Intenzivan porast svetske populacije u 20. i 21. veku i širenje gradova ukazuju na značaj koji oni sada imaju na društveno-ekonomski razvoj. Samim tim, gradovi postaju segment društva čija je održivost nužna za postizanje šire održivosti planete. U tim naporima, poseban naglasak se stavlja na pametne gradove (one koji aktivno prihvataju nove tehnologije) kao potencijalno rešenje urbane održivosti. Zbog više razloga, nedostatka znanja kako da lokalne samouprave primene ideju pametnog grada, kao i zbog nedostatka evaluacije rezultata održivosti koje su postigli pametni gradovi još uvek nije jasno da li prakse pametnih gradova vode ka ekološkoj, ekonomskoj i socijalnoj održivosti. Ovaj rad ima za cilj da osvetli pitanje da li gradovi mogu postati pametni, a da u tom procesu zadrže svoju neodrživost. Kroz sistematski pregled literature o pametnim i održivim gradovima, analizirano je postojeće stanje u razvijenom svetu i identifikovane su mogućnosti, pretnje, prednosti i slabosti u smislu implementacije koncepta održivog razvoja kroz pametne gradove.
