САЖЕТАК:
Развој напредних технологија, као и све чешћа примена дигиталних технологија у производном процесу означили су почетак четврте индустријске револуције, која је широј јавности позната и под називом Индустрија 4.0. Будући да изазива пажњу великог дела научне и стручне јавности и да се неретко дискутује о лимитираним способностима предузећа да искористе могућности које пружа нова ера дигитализације, предмет овог рада је утврђивање спремности предузећа за имплементацију савремених технолошких решења, које са собом доноси четврта индустријска револуција. Основни циљ рада је идентификација критичних фактора успеха за реализацију активности пројектног менаџмента, као основе за процену њихове спремности за усвајање савремених технологија. Емпиријско истраживање је спроведено у производним предузећима, која активно послују на територији Републике Србије, употребом упитника, као основног иструмента истраживања. Добијени резултати показују да се издвајају четири групе критичних фактора успеха пројекта организациони, стејкхолдерски, технолошки и финансијски, при чему су према релевантности најслабије оцењени технолошки фактори. Резултати истраживања имају значајне импликације за менаџере производних предузећа, чиме им се обезбеђује увид у аспекте, релевантне за достизање циљева пројекта, уз могућност да, утврђивањем релативне важности појединачних фактора, концентришу и правилно распореде своје напоре и ресурсе.
