ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

Digitalizacija i savremene komunikacione tehnologije značajno su transformisale organizacionu komunikaciju, upravljanje znanjem i razvoj ljudskih resursa. U ekonomiji zasnovanoj na znanju, ove tehnologije imaju ključnu ulogu u unapređenju pristupa obrazovanju i podršci kontinuiranom učenju.
Cilj ovog rada je da ispita ulogu digitalnih tehnologija kao pokretača investicija u obrazovanje i obuku zaposlenih. Empirijsko istraživanje sprovedeno je u Republici Srbiji u januaru 2026. godine na uzorku od 100 organizacija, dok su trendovi ulaganja analizirani za period od 2015. do 2025. godine.
Rezultati ukazuju na pozitivan trend ulaganja organizacija u ljudske resurse, posebno u programe dodatne obuke. Ekonomski i karijerni faktori identifikovani su kao glavni motivi zaposlenih za dalje obrazovanje.
Studija naglašava strateški značaj digitalnih tehnologija u unapređenju kompetencija zaposlenih i podršci održivom razvoju organizacija.
