САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Уравнотежење економског и друштвеног развоја са заштитом животне средине је кључни изазов у обезбеђивању дугорочне одрживости. Утицаји које роба има на животну средину треба да се узму у обзир и умање у свим фазама њеног животног циклуса. Савремено право продаје не може бити изузетак. Ипак, приступ је и даље веома бојажљив. За разлику од дигитализације, као друге растуће друштвене и регулаторне тежње, али и покретача концептуалне промене, одрживом развоју се не посвећује довољна пажња приликом обликовања, односно прилагођавања права, обавеза и одговорности продавца и купца.
