SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

Novom Komunikacijom Evropske Komisije o definisanju relevantnog tržišta iz 2024. godine unapređena je metodologija određenja relevantnog tržišta zahvaljujući, s jedne strane, stečenom iskustvu u prethodnih skoro 27 godina primene prethodne Komunikacije o definisanju relevantnog tržišta, a s druge strane, uzimanju u obzir promena u obavljanju privredne delatnosti uzrokovanih razvojem informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija i digitalizacijom poslovanja. Nova Komunikacija pored načela i zajedničkog analitičkog okvira za definisanje relevantnog tržišta sadrži i dve grupe posebnih pravila. Prva grupa se odnosi na kriterijume koji su specifični za definisanje svake od dvaju komponenata relevantnog tržišta (produktne i geografske) ponaosob, a druga grupa posebnih pravila se odnosi na definisanje relevantnog tržišta u posebnim okolnostima. Između ostalog, posebne okolnosti za definisanje relevantnog tržišta predstavljaju digitalni ekosistemi pod kojima se podrazumevaju digitalne platforme (mada mogu biti i neki drugi oblici kibernetskog prostora) na kojima se u ponudi nalaze međusobno komplementarni proizvodi i usluge.
