SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

U uslovima novih digitalnih tehnologija u gotovo svim sferama javnog života, digitalizacija utiče, bolje rečeno menja pravo u kontekstu digitalne transformacije. Suočeni smo sa dva modela: pravo — klasično, tradicionalno i, drugo, tzv. digitalno pravo, koje odražava novu prirodu odnosa između ljudi i organizacija. Ova dva modela međusobno utiču jedno na drugo i nije pitanje koji od njih ima prioritet već u kojoj meri i kako se klasično, tradicionalno pravo menja i prilagođava eri digitalizacije. S jedne strane, pravni propisi treba da utiču na proces digitalizacije pravno je uređujući. S druge strane, digitalizacija, nesporno, utiče na pravo, pravne propise, njegove pravne oblike ali i na svest, ponašanje i uopšte život građana.
U ovoj kompleksnoj i širokoj materiji, nema sfere koja nije predmet istraživanja. Zato je rad ograničen na neke aspekte i to u oblasti kompanijskog prava, potrošačkog prava i autorskog prava.
