The current article discusses the initial foundations of the manifestation of the ideology of feminism and position of women in conventional social systems, based on traditional ones definitions of gender inequality. Then, in the paper, we look at the essential postulates unorthodox, postmodern approach with implementation in different current paradigms segments of the international community. Starting from the point of view that the position of women primarily depends on the breadth of the political and social context, contained in the conglomerate of human rights and freedoms, and not only from customary law, i.e. formal normative regulation. It is necessary here to modify the legislation in the field of anti-discrimination laws at the global level, especially in national creations with majority Mohammedan provenance. Improvement of position women to essential equality implies the realization of a large conglomerate of measures on supranational and local level of individual states. International regulation, domestic legislation, public policies of specific countries, scientific and technological development of the country, cultural patterns and media content have a great impact on eliminating current inequalities. The primary role in improving the economic position of women in the community is evidently played by educating an individual with lifelong learning, which ensures creative engagement with a leading role in certain activities.
