ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:

The problem of gender equality today can be understood in the context of the processes of afirming human rights in the era of globalization. This can only happen on the basis of good social policy and rational actions to overcome social inequalities. People must unite in the fight for a more social globalization based on a discussion for the realization of the communitarian values of solidarity, mutual aid, and cooperation. All human beings are the bearers of certain rights and responsibilities is at the foundation of such a global legal order. This also predetermines the imposition of certain principles of justice in its organization. Because the subordination of the global legal order to some type of globalist political project that divides people and binds legal good to economic or political power can lead to its internal detonation. For the existence of such a type of legal order, its recognition and acceptance as fair and eficient by the entire human community, as reflecting the entire diversity of economic, political and social interests, is of particular importance. It can be established not through force, but only on the basis of equal dialogue and finding consensus between the social subjects included in its creation.
