ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
U zdravstvenim organizacijama upravljanje talentima predstavlja važan mehanizam za obezbeđivanje održivosti, budući da kvalitet i dostupnost zdravstvenih usluga zavise od znanja i kompetencija zaposlenih. Cilj rada bio je da se ispita efekat praksi upravljanja talentima na održivost zdravstvenih organizacija. Istraživanje je sprovedeno primenom anketnog upitnika na uzorku od 121 zaposlenog u zdravstvenim organizacijama u Republici Srbiji. Korišćena je prilagođena Integrisana skala upravljanja talentima, uz analizu dimenzija identifikacije ključnih pozicija, razvoja talenata i obuke sa usavršavanjem kompetencija. Rezultati pokazuju da su prakse upravljanja talentima zastupljene na umerenom nivou, pri čemu su izraženije aktivnosti vezane za identifikaciju ključnih pozicija i funkcionalno usmerene obuke. Dimenzija razvoja talenata izdvojila se kao najslabije razvijena, sa vrednostima ispod teorijske sredine, što ukazuje na nedovoljnu zastupljenost sistematskih razvojnih aktivnosti. Nisu utvrđene razlike prema starosti, stažu i obrazovanju, dok su određene razlike prisutne prema polu. Rezultati ukazuju na potrebu jačanja razvojne komponente upravljanja talentima radi unapređenja održivosti.
