ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:

Stres na radnom mestu predstavlja kompleksan izazov sa širokim uticajem na zdravlje i performanse zaposlenih. Stres utiče na fizičko i mentalno blagostanje radnika, povećava rizik od oboljenja i negativno utiče na produktivnost i angažovanost na poslu. Ključni faktori stresa uključuju preopterećenost poslom, nedostatak kontrole nad zadacima, konflikte u poslovnom okruženju i nedostatak podrške kolega ili nadređenih. Ovo može da dovede do anksioznosti, depresije i izgaranja na poslu, što može direktno negativno da utiče na kvalitet rada i radni učinak. Implementacija strategija za smanjenje stresa na radnom mestu je od suštinskog značaja, koja uključuje promociju zdravijeg radnog okruženja, podršku menadžmenta, uspostavljanje politika koje se bave stresom i podršku zaposlenima kroz programe za upravljanje stresom. Ovakve intervencije ne samo da poboljšavaju dobrobit zaposlenih, već i doprinose poslovnoj održivosti kroz smanjenje fluktuacije radne snage i povećanje motivacije i angažovanosti. Posvećenost stvaranju podržavajućeg i zdravog radnog okruženja ne samo da smanjuje stres, već i podstiče produktivnost i pozitivan razvoj zaposlenih.
