ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:
Kreiranje univerzitetskih kurseva stranih jezika struke krojenih po meri pojedinih studijskih programa i u skladu sa potrebama studenata samo po sebi predstavlja izazov za nastavnike stranih jezika. Još veći izazov je kako stečeno znanje vrednovati, odnosno koje metode koristiti kako bi vrednovanje bilo: a) konstruktivno usaglašeno sa definisanim ishodima učenja (kako samog kursa tako i celog studijskog programa) i nastavnim aktivnostima koji ka tim ishodima vode (Biggs 1996), b) korisno, odnosno pouzdano, validno, isplativo i stimulativno za studente.
U radu je predstavljen proces kreiranja plana vrednovanja i ocenjivanja na kursu Engleskog jezika u oblasti ljudskih resursa na studijskom programu Menadžment ljudskih resursa na master akademskim studijama Fakulteta organizacionih nauka Univerziteta u Beogradu. Rad opisuje korake u kreiranju plana vrednovanja i njegove primene u dve iteracije izvođenja nastave na ovom kursu, analize rezultata primene ovog plana, pa sve do korekcije plana vrednovanja i ocenjivanja koja se planira u budućnosti, a rezultat je sprovedene analize.
