САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Bridge design specification are based on quantifiable parameters, such as stress, strain, redundancy, and stability, as well as certain qualifiable ones, such as durability, ductility, importance, serviceability, inspectability and maintainability. The article examines the extent to which robustness, resilience and sustainability might be quantified and qualified as bridge management criteria for the occasionally diverging purposes of economics and engineering.
