САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

U eri Kvaliteta 5.0, gde se preduzeća sve više oslanjaju na napredne digitalne tehnologije i donošenje odluka zasnovanih na podacima, sajber bezbednost se pojavljuje kao kritična briga. Ovaj rad se bavi izazovima sajber bezbednosti koji su svojstveni implementaciji inicijativa i strategija Kvaliteta 5.0 za očuvanje poslovnog integriteta. Kvalitet 5.0, evolucija u upravljanju kvalitetom, integriše upotrebu tehnologija kao što su veštačka inteligencija (AI), Internet stvari (IoT) i analitika velikih podataka radi poboljšanja kvaliteta i zadovoljstva kupaca. Glavni fokus rada je razvoj modela za unapređenje poslovnih procesa u domaćim preduzećima. Model pruža značajan uvid u dinamiku savremenih poslovnih izazova u pogledu primene IKT i upravljanja kvalitetom.
