ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

This study investigates the bleaching potential of date palm leaves and TMP Eucalyptus pulp, using polyoxometalate POM catalysts. Several classes of POM catalysts were evaluated in hydrogen peroxide-mediated systems. Analyses confirmed the efficiency of POM catalysts showing superior bleaching performance, compared to the classical bleaching sequences. The method demonstrates high potential for sustainable biomass processing and reusing of waste and creating added value. The advanced use of wastes such as brewing malt for bleaching demonstrates new possibilities for sustainable and environmentally friendly development.
