The world order which is emerging now and will be prevailing for next 10 years will be based on the dominant role of states, especially of the group of leading global and regional powers playing key roles not only on the level of interstate relations but also of centers of transnational capital.
The system of international relations will continue to experience constant destabilizing impulses associated with intense competition between old and new leading powers and imbalances of interests among states and among groups of transnational enterprise which are becoming more interconnected with them than in previous decades.
