ФОРЕНЗИЧКО ДОКУМЕНТОВАЊЕ СЕКСУАЛНОГ НАСИЉА: КОМПАРАТИВНА АНАЛИЗА СЕТОВА И ЕМПИРИЈСКИ НАЛАЗИ

САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Документовање сексуалног насиља захтева високо стандардизоване и етички утемељене процедуре форензичког прикупљања доказа. Форензички сетови развијени за ову сврху представљају основу успешног медицинског и правног одговора, обезбеђујући очување биолошких трагова и смањење секундарне виктимизације жртава. Овај рад анализира стандардне форензичке сетове – Sexual Assault Evidence Kit (SAEK), који је основни форензички комплет који обезбеђује стандардизован приступ прикупљању, фиксирању и чувању доказа о сексуалном насиљу, и служи као полазиште за све друге типове специјализованих форензичких сетова, Drug-Facilitated Sexual Assault (DFSA) кит, намењен за документовање фармаколошког аспекта насиља, и Basic kit, који је прилагођен хуманитарним и кризним условима. Поред тога, посебна пажња посвећена је специјализованим сетовима: PedSAK (за малолетне жртве), SVIK (интегрисани сет са истражним процедурама), RECK (приручни сет за хитне интервенције), military/conflict kits (за ратне зоне и избегличке кампове), као и контроверзним self-collected китовима.

Емпиријска истраживања показују да систематска употреба ових сетова повећава вероватноћу откривања и процесуирања починилаца, а посебно доприноси идентификацији серијских преступника. Анализа указује на правне и логистичке изазове у вези са ланцем чувања доказа, ограниченим ресурсима и безбедношћу особља, те наглашава важност међународних смерница (WHO, UNFPA, UNHCR) у усклађивању праксе. Рад даје компаративни преглед развоја и примене сетова, нудећи свеобухватан увид у њихову улогу у превенцији и процесуирању сексуалног насиља.
