САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Дигитално доба доноси бројне изазове по здравље младих, укључујући прекомерно седење, повећано време пред екранима и смањену физичку активност. Циљ рада је да се прикаже значај редовне физичке активности и наставе физичког васпитања за здравље ученика у условима свеопште дигитализације. Поред прегледа релевантних студија објављених након 2020. године, рад укључује и резултате истраживања спроведеног међу ученицима узраста 11–17 година у Србији. Подаци указују на то да физички активнији ученици имају боље школске успехе и више психофизичко благостање, док седентарне навике и прекомерна употреба екрана корелирају са слабијим здравственим и образовним исходима. Посебна пажња посвећена је улози школе у стварању услова за редовно кретање и промоцију здравог стила живота. Рад указује на потребу за мултисекторалним приступом у решавању овог проблема, са школом као кључним носиоцем превентивних мера.
