САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
У фокусу иницијалног образовања за професију наставника музике налази се управо тежња за формирањем личности одређених својстава и компетенција. Без обзира да ли се говори о специјализованом музичком образовању у виду инструменталне наставе, соло певања или пак наставе музичке културе у основним и средњим школама, пред наставника овако особеног профила постављају се високи циљеви и захтеви. То наравно са собом носи и одређене изазове у погледу изграђивања персоналних капацитета и квалитета, те и вештина педагошког рада са ученицима. Управо из тога разлога педагошки профил ове категорије наставника и пратеће компетенције релевантна су питања у области уметности и педагогије, превасходно музичке педагогије. Стручњаци са националног и интернационалног образовног простора са посебном пажњом приступају проучавању личних квалитета, атипичног изграђивања и даљег развијања професионалног идентитета наставника, а фокус последњих година усмеравају ка педагошким, односно дидактичко-методичким компетенцијама овог образовног профила.
У овом раду фокус је усмерен на разматрање питања шта чини педагошки профил наставника музике, кроз преглед релевантне литературе и критички осврт на кључне истраживачке постулате. Циљ истраживања прецизира се кроз анализу компоненти педагошког профила, као и личних карактеристика и особина личности наставника у области музике.
