САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

У условима нових дигиталних технологија у готово свим сферама јавног живота, дигитализација утиче, боље речено мења право у контексту дигиталне трансформације. Суочени смо са два модела: право — класично, традиционално и, друго, тзв. дигитално право, које одражава нову природу односа између људи и организација. Ова два модела међусобно утичу једно на друго и није питање који од њих има приоритет већ у којој мери и како се класично, традиционално право мења и прилагођава ери дигитализације. С једне стране, правни прописи треба да утичу на процес дигитализације правно је уређујући. С друге стране, дигитализација, неспорно, утиче на право, правне прописе, његове правне облике али и на свест, понашање и уопште живот грађана.
У овој комплексној и широкој материји, нема сфере која није предмет истраживања. Зато је рад ограничен на неке аспекте и то у области компанијског права, потрошачког права и ауторског права.
