УТИЦАЈ ДИГИТАЛИЗАЦИЈЕ НА СИНДИКАЛНО ОРГАНИЗОВАЊЕ

САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Данас основно људско право сходно међународној и национaлној регулативи, право на синдикално организовање је уздрмано и његово нарушавање је итекако видљиво и свеприсутно, како у радноправној (стручној) јавности тако и лаичкој. Као узрочници ове појаве многи правни теоретичари поред природне (друштвене) ерозије, виде у појави дигитализације рада и свеприсутније вјештачке интелигенције у радним односима, а у коначници и на радним мјестима. Изазови пред којима се налази синдикално организовање свакако су вишестрани и од јачине и „колективног сабирања“ запослених (радника) овисиће и одговор, да ли ово право завријеђује пажњу и самим тим уврштавање у спектар основних људских права. По ријечима професора Зорана Стојиљковића „у свету у коме је промена једина извесност, морају се радикално мијењати и трансформисати и синдикати, не само тематски оквир и програмски приоритети, него и њихов базични идентитет, стратегија, облици, организовања и дјеловања.“2 Синдикат као једини валидни репрезент синдикалног организовања, своју унутрашњу политику дјеловања мора мијењати и прилагођавати данашњим радним „промјенама“.

Аутор у раду настоји да прикаже утицај дигитализације рада на синдикално организовање и самим тим настоји дати између осталог и неке правце могућег и потенцијалног дјеловања синдикалне сцене ка процесу опоравка и регенерације као и мапирати ово право у односу на сврсисходност у хијерархији основних људских (слобода) права.
