САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Domaćinstva su među ključnim akterima u procesu energetske tranzicije. Ovaj sektor ima najveći udeo u potrošnji finalne energije, pružajući veliku mogućnost za smanjenje energetskog intenziteta, emisije zagađujućih materija i gasova sa efektom staklene bašte, prelazak na obnovljive izvore energije (OIE) i povećanje energetske samodovoljnosti. Ipak, proces tranzicije u domaćinstvima prati visok nivo neizvesnosti na putu napretka.
Stoga, ovaj rad ima za cilj da proširi bazu znanja o energetskoj tranziciji u domaćinstvima. Politički i zakonski okvir definišu okruženje energetske tranzicije i zbog toga su predstavljeni glavni politički i pravni dokumenti EU i Srbije koji se odnose na uloge domaćinstava u energetskom sektoru.
Pored toga, da bi se pružio dublji uvid u energetske navike, ponašanja i stavove u sektoru domaćinstava u Srbiji, sprovedena je sveobuhvatna anketa domaćinstava. Rezultati identifikuju ključne pokretače i prepreke koje oblikuju potrošnju energije u domaćinstvu, pružajući čvrst okvir za donosioce odluka i relevantne zainteresovane strane. Ovaj okvir olakšava razvoj strategija koje podstiču energetsku tranziciju, uzimajući u obzir specifičan društveno-kulturni kontekst Srbije. U radu se naglašava važnost usklađivanja nacionalnih politika sa standardima EU i korišćenja pouzdanih i kredibilnih podataka na nivou domaćinstava za efikasno rešavanje energetskih izazova.
