ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:
Savremeno operativno-strategijsko okruženje u kojem se ratni sukobi sve manje vode konvencionalnim sredstvima nezaobilazno oblikuje i upotreba veštačke inteligencije. Globalni sukobi koji su otpočeli početkom treće decenije 21. veka neminovno menjaju karakter savremenog rata. Hladnoratovska konvencionalna i nuklearna pretnja svetskom miru koja je okončana početkom devedesetih godina 20. veka nije dugo čekala da dobije novi oblik ispoljavanja globalne pretnje. Ove nove pretnje koje veliki broj svetskih mislilaca naziva Hladni rat 2.0. Početak 21. veka i konsolidacija novih izvora moći iz država kao što su NR Kina, Indija, AR Iran i mnoge druge zemlje koje traže svoje mesto i ulogu u savremenom multipolarnom svetu doprinele su da globalna raspodela moći bude daleko kompleksnija od bipolarnog sveta koji su činile SAD i nekadašnji SSSR, odnosno današnja Ruska Federacija. Nekonvencionalnost upotrebe tehnologije u pre svega informacionom prostoru doprinele su da dana živimo uveliko u eri hibridnog rata. Glavni globalni akteri se u ovoj fazi hibridnog rata ne sukobljavaju direktno već uglavnom svoje snage odmeravaju preko proksi aktera, jedan od takvih aktera je i Ukrajina. Upravo su na teritorijama Ukrajine je jedno od najvećih žarišta savremenih sukoba na planeti. Pored interesa velikih sila da prikažu svoj globalni primat i snagu, ne biraju sredstva i koncepte ratnih operacija kako bi došli do cilja. U ovakvim sukobima veliku ulogu igraju i najsavremenije tehnologije kao što je veštačka inteligencija. Pored svih ostalih tehnologija koje su zastupljene dana ona daje mogućnost da se proksi rat vodi upravo na nivou koji pogoduje velikim islama, a da pritom one mogu da svoj uticaj direktno ispolje kroz svoje posredno delovanje kroz oružane snage praksi aktera.
