SAŽETAK:

Pozitivno obrazovanje fokusira se na razvoj cjelokupne ličnosti učenika, podsticanje njihovog emocionalnog i socijalnog razvoja, te izgradnju pozitivnih međuljudskih odnosa. Drugim rečima, ovakvo obrazovanje teži stvaranju podsticajnog okruženja za učenika, gdje se pored sticanja akademskih vještina razvija i karakter, emocionalna inteligencija i vještine za uspješan život. U radu akcenat je stavljen na PERMA model (PERMA-model) koji se može povezati sa pozitivnim obrazovanjem jer pozitivno obrazovanje teži promovisanju emocionalnog i psihološkog stanja učenika. Ovim istraživanjem su ispitane samoprocjene studenata Univerziteta u Istočnom Sarajevu (513) o dobrobiti pozitivnog obrazovanja kroz razne faktore koji doprinose osjećaju zadovoljstva i ispunjenosti, polazeći od pretpostavke da dobrobit pozitivnog obrazovanja postoji u samoprocjeni studenata na ponuđenom PERMA modelu. Primjenom onlajn-upitnika na osnovu procentualnog udjela i srednje vrijednosti dobijeni rezultat ukazuje na pozitivan odnos studenta na trinaest odgovora. Najviša vrijednost je data u polju ostvarenja, odnosno dostignuća (4,49), zatim ostvarenog uspjeha (4,41) i pozitivnih emocija, odnosno pronalaženja radosti u malim stvarima (4,04). Rezultati istraživanja imaće značajan doprinos za sagledavanje naučnih saznanja i unapređivanje pedagoške prakse ukoliko se promoviše dobrobit i integriše pozitivno obrazovanje u nastavni proces.
