KRATAK OSVRT NA PREDLOG UREDBE O ODGOVORNOSTI ZA UPOTREBU SISTEMA VEŠTAČKE INTELIGENCIJE OD 20. OKTOBRA 2020. GODINE

SAŽETAK:

U ovom radu autor čini kratak analitički osvrt na odredbe Predloga Uredbe o odgovornosti za upotrebu sistema veštačke inteligencije koji je usvojio Evropski parlament 20. oktobra 2020. godine. Pažnja se posvećuje odredbama koje uređuju šta se smatra sistemom veštačke inteligencije, ko su njegovi operateri, kakav režim vanugovorne odgovornosti je predviđen za operatere (uključujući vrste štete koje se nadoknađuju, visinu i obračun/obim naknade štete), kao i odnos predložene Uredbe sa drugim pravnim aktima EU (naročito sa Direktivom br. 85/374 o odgovornosti za proizvode sa nedostatkom) i nacionalnim pravima država članica EU.
