САЖЕТАК:
У овом раду аутор чини кратак аналитички осврт на одредбе Предлога Уредбе о одговорности за употребу система вештачке интелигенције који је усвојио Европски парламент 20. октобра 2020. године. Пажња се посвећује одредбама које уређују шта се сматра системом вештачке интелигенције, ко су његови оператери, какав режим вануговорне одговорности је предвиђен за оператере (укључујући врсте штете које се надокнађују, висину и обрачун/обим накнаде штете), као и однос предложене Уредбе са другим правним актима ЕУ (нарочито са Директивом бр. 85/374 о одговорности за производе са недостатком) и националним правима држава чланица ЕУ.
